Vivo has launched the V80 smartphone in India, following its release in the Philippines. The device features a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, a 6.59-inch 144Hz AMOLED display, and a 7,200mAh battery supporting 90W fast charging. The phone includes a Zeiss-branded camera system with a 50MP main sensor and a 50MP 3x periscope telephoto lens. It runs on Android 17-based OriginOS 7.

The launch event took place in Gurgaon, India, where vivo also introduced the S2 FE and the X Fold6. The V80 is part of the V series, which previously launched the V80 Lite 5G in the Philippines. The new model offers enhanced battery life and improved camera capabilities compared to its predecessor.
