A 20-year-old man was arrested after breaking into a residence in Cebu City. The incident occurred early Friday morning, November 6, 2026. Police identified the suspect as Carl, a single, unemployed man from Sitio Fatima, Barangay Apas.
Authorities said Carl allegedly climbed a residential fence and entered a home in Barangay Lahug. He was reportedly seeking money for his jeepney fare. The police arrived at the scene and detained him shortly after. No injuries were reported during the incident.
