EverBrands India has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) for an initial public offering (IPO) valued at ₹600 crore. The company operates a beverages division that includes exclusive brand partnerships with Italian coffee label Lavazza and Sri Lankan tea brand Dilmah in India. It also manages its own coffee brand, Fresh & Honest, which focuses on premium and ethically sourced products.
The IPO marks a significant step in EverBrands' strategy to strengthen its presence in the Indian beverage market. By leveraging established international brands like Lavazza and Dilmah, the company aims to cater to a growing consumer demand for premium and specialty coffee and tea. Fresh & Honest, on the other hand, targets health-conscious consumers with its range of organic and sustainably sourced coffee.
The DRHP outlines the company's plans for utilizing the IPO proceeds, which are expected to be allocated towards expanding production capacity, enhancing distribution networks, and investing in marketing. The IPO is anticipated to open in the coming months, offering investors an opportunity to participate in the growth of a key player in India's beverage sector.
EverBrands' entry into the public market reflects the increasing interest in the Indian coffee and tea industry, driven by rising consumer awareness and a shift towards premium and sustainable products.
