The gold rings, valued at around 1,500 rupees, are intended as a financial incentive for families who choose to deliver their babies in healthcare institutions. In addition to the newborn ring program, Tamil Nadu leaders have also emphasized the importance of youth entrepreneurship in driving economic growth. They have called on young people to create jobs through innovation and business, while promoting transparency and open tenders to foster a more dynamic economy.
