A six-year-old girl from China has set a new world record in the Rubik’s Cube competition. Lian Yunzhi, a young competitor, achieved an average solve time of 4.27 seconds on the 3x3x3 puzzle, surpassing the previous record. This marks the first time a female cuber has completed an average time under 4.5 seconds.
Lian Yunzhi’s performance took place over three days, during which she broke the record twice. Her first attempt yielded a time of 4.52 seconds, followed by a faster 4.27-second solve. These results have been officially recognized by the World Cube Association.
